Top setting, I had just perfect time.

Truly enjoyed it. The hotel was beautiful old, as expected. Location: the property was so close to close to the motorway and Flanders Expo and Belgium. It also was in a green peaceful area. The staff was very friendly, I stayed for 1 night.

We stayed in an a double room which was quiet and brand-new. The staff were amiable and extremely friendly all of the time. The location was favourable and absolutely perfect, so close to Putkapel.

The room we stayed in was absolutely amazing! It was so spacious and had a beautiful bathroom. We really enjoyed the quiet time we had there, it was so peaceful.

Personally, I didn't really like the tile/marble floor in the double room. But hey, that's just my opinion.

Some guests had issues with the shared bathroom, as it was used by other guests and not always kept clean.

The location was great, especially if you needed to attend an event at Flanders Expo. It was conveniently within walking distance and easily reachable from the highway. Despite being near the highway, there was minimal noise disturbance. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathroom was impressive, showing that the owners took pride in their home. The wifi was also reliable, which was a plus for staying connected during our city trip.

The price was way too high, especially considering that breakfast was not even included. On top of that, there was only a shared toilet, which was inconvenient.

it was a charming old and quiet hotel in a green area, next to a green peaceful area and the bus stop and a quiet neighbourhood with. the stuff where really helpful all the time. everything was simply perfect.

Location so close to a quiet neighbourhood as well as Flanders Expo. Wonderfully friendly staff interactions. Spotless and spacious rooms with a minibar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and central heating, etc.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The shower had excellent water pressure, making it a rejuvenating experience. The family members who run the B&B were incredibly welcoming and treated me like part of their family. I spent hours chatting with them, especially bonding with the sister-in-law and the lovely mother. The mother even surprised me with a delicious hot chocolate and a yummy pastry for the next morning. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including yogurt, cereal, coffee, tea, eggs.

Felt completely at ease and had no complaints.

One aspect that some may find bothersome is the higher humidity and smell of wood, which is normal for an old traditional house. However, this may not be an issue for everyone and does not affect the overall quality of the stay.

had a wonderful stay at a charming B&B in Ghent. Rose House exceeded my expectations with their warm hospitality and beautifully renovated historic building. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the tram station and close to the motorway. Highly recommend!
